About the grant
The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) is a government energy efficiency scheme in Great Britain to help reduce carbon emissions and tackle fuel poverty by installing energy saving measures.
The scheme began in April 2013, and over time it has been amended. The latest version is called ECO3, which commenced on the 1st October 2018 and will finish in March 2022.

What is the grant?
This heating grant was designed by the government to help low income home owners heat their home efficiently. By doing this they are helping to combat climate change by reducing household emissions.
This grant will allow the applicant to secure a large amount of funding towards a new heating upgrade or system. The amount of funding provided is calculated by a short survey conducted at the property by a qualified gas engineer, who will also walk you through the new boiler install.

How much do you get?
This grant is designed to help with the cost of getting a heating system, however sometimes they can be fully funded. The amount of funding is calculated using information about your property.
