Is it really £50 a month, all in?
Yes. £50 a month covers the design, the build, hosting, Google setup and looking after your site, and a web address if you need one. There's no setup fee and no VAT. If you want to use a web address you already own, you keep paying your registrar for it as you do now.
What is the free preview?
I build your page first and put it on an unlisted preview link for 7 days. Have a look, show it around and ask for changes. You only pay if you decide to keep it. No card details, nothing to sign.
Is there a contract?
There's a 12-month minimum. After that it rolls on month to month, and you can stop with 30 days' notice. Your web address is in your name, so it goes with you.
How quickly will my site be live?
Usually within the week. Once you say you want to keep it, we get your web address sorted together, I put your site on it and link it to Google.
Do I need to buy a web address?
No. If you don't have one, I'll suggest a good one for your business and register it in your name at no extra cost. If you'd rather use one you already own, or buy your own, that's fine too: you keep full control of it and just give me access to connect it to your site.
What do you need from me?
Very little, around half an hour of your time. Tell me about your business, share your logo and any photos if you have them, and give me your feedback on the preview. I handle everything else.
What if I need changes after the site is live?
Just send them over: new photos, new prices, a change of hours. Small updates like these (up to 2 a month) are included in your monthly price. If you want something bigger, like extra pages, I'll give you a fixed price before I touch anything.
Will my website work on phones?
Beautifully. I design for phones first and check every site on real phones before it goes live, then make sure it looks just as good on tablets and desktops.
